To be honest, folks, I don’t have a lot of healthy “stay safe” tips that ALSO benefit the planet. Washing your hands for 20 seconds with warm/hot water does not HELP the environment. Hot water uses a lot more energy than cold. It also happens to be better at killing germs.

ZooFit Workout of the Day- 1/14/20: Productivity Workout for Writers

My husband showed me this incredible documentary YouTube video about a man who ran a marathon in 24 hours. A different type of marathon, this was actually focused on how productive the man could be while running one mile every hour for 24 hours. ZooFit Holiday Guide- How to Have a Healthy Holiday

Happy Holidays to everyone from ZooFit. Whether you celebrate Hanukkah, Christmas, Winter Solstice, Kwanzaa, or all or none of the above, this is a special time of year. It is the season of giving, huddling close to fires, reflecting on the year, and a general jolly feeling lingers in the air.

ZooFit is all about being the best version of ourselves, any time of the year. The holidays are a notorious season where our goals get pushed to the back burner. As a kid in middle school (many moons ago), I heard a radio ad on my favorite station exclaiming “The earth is our home. CLEAN UP YOUR ROOM!” I loved this ad so much I made a poster of it as a school Earth Day project and kept it on my bedroom door.
